5 Different Snack Recipes you can Make with Alanya Avocado

Alanya is an important avocado production region in Turkey. In Alanya, the Hass avocado variety is commonly grown. Hass avocado is one of the most widespread and popular avocado varieties worldwide.

Due to favorable climate and soil conditions, the production potential for avocados is high in Alanya. Additionally, Alanya avocados are of high quality and delicious, which increases the demand.

I can share 5 different snack recipes you can make with Alanya Avocado. Here are some suggestions:

Alanya Avocado Bruschetta:
Sliced baguette or whole wheat bread
Mashed Alanya avocado
Freshly diced tomatoes
Chopped fresh mint or basil
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper (optional)
Lightly toast the baguette slices. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the bread. Sprinkle diced tomatoes and fresh herbs over it. You can optionally add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Alanya Avocado Guacamole:
Mashed Alanya avocado
Fresh lemon juice
Diced onion
Diced tomatoes
Freshly chopped chili pepper or jalapeno
Freshly chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
