Grand Prix Velo Alanya Road Cycling Race Has Been Completed
UCI (International Cycling Union) and Turkey Cycling Federation have organized the Grand Prix Velo Elite Men and Elite Women Road Cycling race planed in 2020 in Alanya. The race has been completed.
The Elite Women race, which started in Okurca at 08:30 in the morning, ended at Gündoğmuş district center. The 60 km track was passed by 13 Teams and 75 athletes from 8 Countries. The winner of the race was Daria Malkova (Russian National Team), the second was Maria Milieva (Russian National Team) and the third was Margatira Syradoeva (Russian Sestroreks Team). The most successful youngest athlete of the race (U23) was again Daria Malkova of the Russian National team.
The Elite Men race started at 14:00 in Okurca and ended at 17:30 in Gündoğmuş district. The 108 km track was passed by 26 Teams and 156 athletes from 19 Countries. The winner of the race was Daniil Pronskiy (Vino Astana Motors - Kazakhstan), the second was Pawel Bernas (Mazowsze Serce Polski) and the third was Anatolii Budiak (Ukrainian National Team). The most successful youngest athlete (U23) of the race was Daniil Pronskiy (Vino Astana Motors - Kazakhstan).
