Flamengo Wins the World Beach Football Champion Clubs Cup

FLAMENGO WINS THE WORLD BEACH FOOTBALL CHAMPION CLUBS CUP

The champion of the World Beach Soccer Champion Clubs Cup held at the Cleopatra Beach is the Brazilian representative Flamengo team.

Alanya Belediyespor team finished the fifth day of the tournament by beating 10-6 the Germany representative Roctocker Robben. In the final fight, Brazilian representative Flamengo faced Chinese representative Meizhou Hakka beating it with 5-3 and winning the championship. The Chinese representative Meizhou Hakka won the second place; the Iran representative Shahin Khazar (penalties) in the match the Spanish representative Levante beating it with 10-9 won the third place. In the women’s final the Italy representative Pavia Lokrians beat the Poland representative Lady Grembeach Lodz with 4-3 and won the championship.

The best player of the World Clubs Cup became China representative Meizhou Hakk’s Leo Martins, the best goalkeeper Brazil representative Flamengo’s Elinton Andrade and the top scorer Alanya Belediyespor’s Filipe. Among women, the best goalkeeper became Polish representative Lady Grembeach Lodz’s Ana Be. The best player and the top scorer became Colodetti of Italy’s Pavia Lokrians. The cups and medals were given to the athletes by the Alanya Mayor Adam Murat Yücel, the Beach Soccer World Wide CEO Juan Cusco and the Turkey Football Federation Board Member Hasan Akıncıoğlu.
