The Fifth Alanya International Children’s Festival, a gift from Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yucel to children, was held with great enthusiasm. The festival in the city of peace Alanya was attended not only by Turkish children, but also by children from more than 80 countries, as well as those living in Alanya and abroad.

After the Alanya International Children’s Festival, where the children had an unforgettable experience, the children from the sister cities of Alanya, the guests of the Mayor Yucel, visited the banana greenhouse in Dimchay within the framework of the program organized by the Municipality of Alanya, and received information about 20 varieties of tropical fruits grown in Alanya.

In the tour program, which was attended by employees of the Alanya Chamber of Agriculture, Tahir Göktepe, the chairman of the Agricultural Chamber, told guests from the cities of Lithuania – Trakai, Silute, and Poland – Wodzislav Selsky about the tropical fruits of Alanya. Saying that 20 varieties of tropical fruits are grown in Alanya, Göktepe also said that the products grown in Alanya are sufficient for the domestic market. Children, who had the opportunity to taste delicious tropical fruits, visited the banana greenhouse and also received information about growing and harvesting bananas.
